In our latest release we've:
✨ Improved the accessibility of our auditorium security page to WCAG 2.2 AA - this is the page where attendees enter their email address to access an event
🏠 For WorkCast Hub users, logging out of Creator will now redirect you to Hub, making it easier to switch between sub-accounts
We're excited to announce that a new login experience is here! This update will make accessing your account simpler and smarter.
What's changed:
🔒 Single Sign-On (SSO): Users on eligible licences can log in seamlessly using their existing identity provider.
✅ “Remember Me” Option: Stay signed in on trusted devices for quicker access.
📱 Enhanced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Verification will now happen through your preferred authenticator app instead of email, offering a faster and more streamlined experience.
🗂️ Sub-Account Support: Enjoy the convenience of one login while maintaining clear data separation and management across sub-accounts.

To improve compatibility with custom backgrounds, we have standardizing the camera view in Interactive (tile view) to a 16:9 aspect ratio.

🌍 Improved Country Support
You can now use both country codes and country names within your Salesforce integration, giving you greater flexibility and ensuring more accurate data handling across your organization.
🖼 Bigger, Better Images
We’ve boosted image upload limits to 20MB, giving you room for richer backgrounds and higher-quality event visuals.
🐞 Captions Button Fix
The captions button now only appears on event types where captions are available.
