As a Producer or API user to be able to request sessions for an event and see the sessions if the there are no registrations on the event or session.
Currently a request comes back with an error.
This would allow further use of external registration tools and integrations.

Good to see this on here, I think I've been nagging the support team about it since summer 2021, so massive +1 from us. We have to work around it by one of our staff manually registering for each event. Every other registration is driven by the API.
