Currently, when producers attach a video file to an event for testing, they must watch it in real time without the ability to adjust playback speed or scrub through the video. This makes QA, QC, and event setup testing inefficient.

To streamline this process, producers should have access to playback controls—similar to those in the Media Information section of the Media Tab (screenshot attached). These controls should be available in:

For example, when reviewing a 2-hour event, producers need to quickly jump to different sections and adjust playback speed. Sitting through the entire video—especially for multiple QC reviews—is time-consuming and impractical.

Adding scrubbing and speed controls will significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in event preparation.
