Feedback from client - Can the play/activate button be removed from the video player on the auditorium? Client thinks it would make the webinar look more 'Live'.

At the moment copy and pasting brings over html etc, so text must be pasted without formatting and formatting must be added again in the WYSIWYG. Customer request to be able to copy text easily in to the WYSIWYG.

When adding a new session to a library filter, can it appear at the top of the list so it appears first to the viewers? In addition, can we have different sorting options without having to manually move the sessions up and down? Ideally, the ability to sort by name or date. Thanks!

It would be great if the platform could automatically recognise when an event has been changed to on demand and could automatically remove it from the Live filter and add to the on demand filter within a webinar library.

As we have improved our live stream integration it would be useful to have an improvement to the media admin/studio so you can cut a piece of media into multiple sections a.k.a remove break times. Fed back by Customer.

Can we add the ability to unpublish an event for producers. This would be for clients who no longer wish the content to be available i.e unpublish an event once its been live or unpublish an on demand from the previous year which may have outdated content.

New clients are reporting it is confusing over the names of the presentation types when creating events because both options start with 'Simulive' Simulive Interactive or Live interactive Simulive Scheduled replay Could we look at the naming of these? Maybe back to Interactive and Simulive with descriptions including the playback. I.e. Interactive Live broadcasting with full presenter engagement. Allows for up to 16 webcams, screen sharing, cloud-hosted slides, and cloud video playback Simulive Fully pre-recorded content scheduled to play out automatically at a specific date and time, simulating a live broadcast with no live presenter involvement.

Being able to upload multiple MP4/PDFs (or a mix or both) at once would be a nice addition 😊

Sometimes there are dozens of pages of images uploaded to WorkCast accounts, and currently, users need to go through each page until they find the desired image. An option to search/filter by name or upload date would make this a lot faster 😊

Details: client wanted the ability to clone/duplicate events which they can do on Zoom. Feedback is that the creation of events is too timely as they ran the same webinar 3/4 times so wanted to create once then clone 3 times so they did not have to copy and paste, input polls ect.
