When adding On demand sessions into a Virtual event from the "add event" section. It does not apply the event date to the session. Because of this, you cannot send a magic link for that on demand session and when you send classic logins it pulls through the original date the template was created. You cannot update the date manually in Producer or Admin for an on demand session.

A grey box is being left behind sometimes when a presenter ends their screen share. After ending the grey box looks like a participant in grid view and will not disappear until the presenter who was screen sharing leaves the My Connections pod. When I have seen this, the presenter has been using Safari.

Changing webcam or microphone in My Connections isn't working as expected. It seems only to allow use of the mic/camera which is being used as the system default.

The thumbnail used to disappear when a presenter became the main focus (full screen) but now remains to the right of the screen also which confuses the viewer experience

After using a Marketo registration page, if the registrant attempts to join the event straight away, they receive the error message saying they are not registered. If they attempt to join 10 seconds later, they will then be granted access. This is more of an issue for on-demand event access of if a registrant registers last-minute on a live event and is related to the data usher.

Currently when a event is over 3 hours long a request to the support team to extend as they do it via internal admin tool. Can a customer have the ability to do this while maintaining full reporting. Also ensure that presentation type is maintained as currently the internal admin tool reverts to slides only.

Users report that they are unable to see presenter webcams in the My Connections pod and instead see their initials. The webcams do show in the auditorium attendee view. User also reports that they were unable to see the webcam of a moderator in My Connections in Grid view. The intials of the user also didn't show. Instead it was black space where the webcam should be. (We are unable to confirm if this would have shown in the attendee view as the user was not presenting on the event.

When screen sharing on some Mac devices the screen share is showing smaller in the studio and not taking up the entire media player window in the auditorium. I've tested this on 3 devices, 2 Macs and 1 windows. Screenshots attached show how the screen share was displayed in the auditorium for each using the same slide deck on each device. Mac 1 - Sharing slides in Keynote, Entire Screen view using Google Chrome. Mac 2 - Sharing slides in PowerPoint, Window view using Firefox. Windows - Sharing slides in PowerPoint, Window view using Google Chrome.

A Customer has found a bug where if you change from an Interactive to a simulive then back to an interactive, the session looses it's duration but the duration against the overall is still there so the attendee per minute graph does not populate

When multiple polls are fired, and there is an unanswered poll before the next fires, the newest poll(s) are not queueing to be seen once the previous is answered. We advise a current workaround of staggering the polls to be a minimum of 30s apart to provide Attendees time to read and answer
