Increase streaming quality, with the ability to switch between SD and HD so that attendees on low bandwidth can view still.

Hello, when live streaming, all media comes via an RTMP feed. There is therefore no need for the Present tab to be displayed especially since the START button returns an "Invalid data" error message.

I have had about 5 requests from our client from different team members to remove the "stream offline" display after a simulive has finished, it does not look great, they would prefer the webinar to close more quickly and just a blank media player.
