Engagement wall: moderations does not always work

The moderation of the engagement wall does not consistently work.
When trying to moderate a message sent by the audience (ie, delete it), and clicking on the 3 dots next to the message, the 3 dots disappear and no option appears; alternatively, the options appear but nothing happened upon clicking them; alternatively, the engagement wall takes up to 10 minutes before showing the result of that option (ie, the message being deleted as a result of it being moderated out).
I have raised the issue a few times already, and so have other members of my team. One way around this ahs been to refresh the Studio-browser page, but this does not always solve the issue.
The issue is also incontinent across devices - ie, at my last event, I could see messages disappear as a result of my action on my device where I was logged in as audience, but not on the device (a different one) where I was logged in as Producer.
