Users report that they are unable to see presenter webcams in the My Connections pod and instead see their initials. The webcams do show in the auditorium attendee view.

User also reports that they were unable to see the webcam of a moderator in My Connections in Grid view. The intials of the user also didn't show. Instead it was black space where the webcam should be. (We are unable to confirm if this would have shown in the attendee view as the user was not presenting on the event.
