Found an odd one

When using 'option 1' for engagement wall ala 'side' it works and appears as normal. However when a user clicks the x box on the chat box is completely disappears from their screen and the only way to get it back is via a refresh. there is no chat box or chat bubble to 're-open' like options 3/4.

I don't think anyone really uses this option at the moment, but wanted to flag!
