With the recent update PIP seems to have been removed from iPhone. This was useful for some clients and it'd be great to have it back.

Ability to download certificates as a PDF, show non-latin names correctly, more flexibility with branding and layout etc.

It's a manual process of emailing support to have this link redirected to a self-built non-WorkCast page.

Please can we remove the need to add a bypass key if you are a producer user. It makes logging in and checking templates etc a bit clunky whilst building them out. The lock is to prevent attendees gaining access to the auditorium, so this should be "bypassed" for producers who control the content etc.

After any event has been changed to an on demand > Details/confirmation email auto updates to a different template that says View On Demand rather than Join Event.

Is it possible for us to alter the way that countries show on the registration report so they are full country names and not country codes. It would be ideal if there was an option so that you could possibly tick to say "show full country names" as sure some customers will still want country codes. Engineering have explained that this is a character limit in the database but as the workaround is very manual and time-consuming could a solution be possibly looked at.

Reviewing the ability to configure and over rule the account level logo at an event level rather than session. Usecase: Default template tags pull in the Account Level Logo, but if there are multiple brands the main brand logo is then hard coded into the template

This is reduce possibilities of clashes in colour when using CSS to edit the template colours.
