Hi Workcast team, I'm currently unable to highlight and copy questions from the Audience Engagement inbox and the Priority section. We typically copy and paste audience questions into Teams so teammates can view and respond as needed. Being able to freely highlight and copy the text would be a nice and flexible way to work with the questions—it makes collaboration a lot smoother.

This would help customers see update frequency and help on update communications.

Bring a 'upload' cloud slides into the Interactive Studio to allow webcam, screenshare and cloud slides all in one Interactive Studio. Considerations include: Format slides are displayed (converted to PDF) How and where you can add/upload slides pointer capabilities to highlight sections of the slide

I would like to be able to delete PDFs in media to keep the cloud slides PDF options clean.

The performance setting as default needs to be lowered or the maximum bandwidth per webinar needs to be increased to cope with all cameras on, on the current default highest performance setting. Can the performance settings be managed or lowered from an full event perspective? Customer request.

Have the default at a lower quality opposed to Highest quality. This would help speakers with internet or device bandwidth restrictions and would still allow for this to be increased if required if the speakers set up would accommodate the higher setting

Feedback from client: Since we have many speakers and we need to explain the platform settings in each webinar is it possible for us to have the control of lowering their performance? So we would not need to explain each time also this aspect to the speakers but manage that directly.

Currently the pop-up bar in the My Connections blocks part of the media timeline if you're playing a pre-recorded media file. You're unable to see the full timeline and drag to a specific point of the media if you need to due to technical difficulties. It would be great to have the pop-up bar appear directly underneath no matter what size you have the My Connections pod to ensure you have full access to the media timeline if you need it

Feedback from client - When in Tile view - can all webcams appear the same size on the auditorium page. Currently the size of the webcams is determined by how many people are in the My Connections pod - they all show as the same size in the studio, however they are different on the auditorium.

Currently only able to make changes if we add legacy tabs. Some clients want a colour change to the header of the emails, but this is a design change and not possible to do by themselves
